History!!!!
Skyline creates history & so did our volunteers who r eying a marathon sleep of 2 days.
I would be very happy to pen down the story of our event, but more curious to hear from you all on your thoughts about the event.
People, I wish to hear from each & everyone of you on your experiences, the fun & what made you feel happy about this event. We are also open to any criticism, suggestions so that we make the necessary changes.
So, giving less strain to my hands & mind, i leave this blog open for comments from all of you.
Team, thank you so much for making this a huge success. Without you all, it wouldnt have been this fun. We all look forward to try & repeat this success in many more events to come.
The core team, having witnessed huge response, has decided to organize many fun filled events thru the year viz trekking, go karting, movies etc etc. We are open to new ideas too.
So dust your keypad, ask your mom to help you with a full coffee flask, switch off your cellphone, lock the door & shoot your comments. we are lookin for that one particular post that covers the entire event, his/her experiences & the differentiators.
Awright! i am just toying with the idea of gathering all the volunteers who were deeply involved in organizing this event. We could look at going thru some group photo sessions & help me create a collage so that everyone could have a copy of it at their office desk as sweet memiors. I will definitely have one!!!!

ReplyDeleteIt's you, who handled one of the most critical part of the event......Music, so nicely. All the song sequence, putting the right song at right time. Everything was in such wonderful way, no one feel any kind of issue, which normally we used to face in all previous events happened in Skyline. You rocked the show. You made the the entire crowd to dance, The Skyline City became a ultimate Discotheque.

Wonderful Job done by You, Managing all the departments. Co-coordinating with all. Running behind all the places, starting from Backstage activity, Food arrangement, Event list up and what not. Making sure everything is going smoothly.
You are the one, who got lot of Criticism from some people. But you keep nerve and made sure that the event became successful. Great job.

Man, What an energy level you got. The entire logistics part you handled such nicely, made other volunteers tension free from all logistics work. Arrangement of Stage, lighting, Food Catering , Drinking water arrangement and may more...

...Macho man, Any assignment given to you, you have finished it without any complaint and so quickly. Any task given to you, we were pretty sure it will be done in no time. Great.

anupama & kiran di, ur help in all the departments & the dedication u showed made us more stronger...thank u both for the support...
vikas, vinay & abeer, u all deserve a standing ovation for the best we saw from all of you.

ReplyDeleteI think some people got hurt during this event. We should apologize them. Even though it was unintentional. Our only intention was to make the event successful. With the togetherness of all Skyline residents and total enjoyment, "Nothing Else".
@ Chetan, noble thought.....as said, we will try and make sure that we come one again....we absolutely had no intentions of hurting anyone in any way. we shall work towards bridging the gap..

with so much hush about the blog, i was madly waiting to shoot this.
i thank all the ppl who were deeply involved in this......vipul, uday, bp, chetan, sudhir, vinay, vikas, abeer, aditya, manisha archana anupama & kiran di & even my 'B' team, babloo, bhargav, darshan, harsha, prashant, amey, nikhil, aloo & pramod......u guys did a fantabulous job in making this event a great success...n not to forget the girls...komal, vidya, shreya, chaitra & bhavana who voluntered in the finer aspects of the event.
thanks to krishna & his better half who made it just for us, all the way from the other corner of bangalore to witness this carnage....
bala uncle.....u were a surprise package to all & u gave us all the courage & confidence to unleash ourselves on the stage.... happy to have u around...
vipul, nice to have u as the DJ (free of cost)...u made a lot of difference to the event...hope to have u around in many more events to come.......n special thanks for makin my day on the 2nd of jan on the radio mirchi event....:P:P:P...u know y??! one of the most pleasant gift i could ever expect on a new year!!!
ppl who were strangers to us became a family now(chetan, sudhir, vikas, vinay & fly) its sooo fun to have u around...thank u all for makin it more special after 12...we had a rockin time till 5 in the mornin....thanks vinay for those special treat...n thanks manisha, archana & sonali di for that wonderful feast cooked at 2 in the morning....SLurp!!!!!!!!! we need more of it....feed us all!!! :)
@ chetan, u really deserved the award which u won today ' the best family' & u the best dad & manisha di the ' Super mom'....we (myself, vipul, uday & pratap) have a great bonding not only with you both but also with jaaanu( jhanvi) & mrunal......its so nice to spend time with them....they make our day!!!!!

awright....one big hug n thanks goes to our biggest support Bhanu Pratap ( BP for us) u did a greaaaaaaaaat job for us in helping us cover most of the departments many fear to take. u took most of the screamings from me but u deserve all the love I have for anyone....u r my man!!!!! thanks for the support!!!!

ReplyDeletemy parents were shocked to see a girl kiss me on stage...n i was glad to hear that even ur parents couldnt recognize u on stage...i still n will remember that statement made by them... (was it Mithun's gf who kissed him?) u really stole the show!!! i really wish u were a girl & would have been the first to hit on u :P
@ all, crazy days, crazy nights, we have seen it all!!! i havent been so active in any ciruit, this has been a platform where i was able to throw myself & give my best in all.....
